USA Cycling National Pro Championships Road Race

This Memorial Day weekend, the USA Cycling Pro Championships Road Race will be held in Greenville, South Carolina. On Saturday, May 28, 2011, 41 professional riders will compete against the clock on a 6.9 mile course starting at 11:30 am. On Memorial Day 104 pro riders, including returning champions Taylor Phinney and Ben King as well as George Hincapie and Dave Zabriskie, will compete in the 112 mile road race, which is starting and finishing in downtown Greenville. For complete race information, click here. On Sunday in Gateway Park in Travelers Rest, the Stars and Stripes Challenge presented by Amgen, a fundraising bicycle ride will take place.
